Dr. David Clarke is an investigative journalist, reader and lecturer at Sheffield Hallam University in England. He was also the curator for The National Archives UFO Project from 2008–13, and regularly comments in national and international media on UFOs.
Documents reveal how the RAF expressed great interest in finding UFOs to help come up with new and innovative ways to overcome their enemies during the Cold War. Apparently, they were gathering evidence that other nations had collected this technology. Having been an avid researcher in the field myself for more than a decade, I can say that stories of multiple crash retrievals of unknown aerial objects are abundant–Roswell is certainly not the only example. Dr. Clark spoke about the documents to The Daily Mail,
Even though they have been partly censored they can’t conceal the fact the UK military were interested in capturing UFO technology or what they coyly refer to as ‘novel weapon technology’…And the files reveal they were desperate to capture this technology – wherever it came from – before the Russians or the Chinese got hold of it first….Although this was 1997, Russia was still regarded as an undefeated enemy with a weapons programme regarded as a threat to the West.
This is interesting, because we know that UFOs are real. Is it that hard to assume that governments around the world would want to ‘capture’ some of these UFOs to find out more about them?
Disclosure Is On
UFO disclosure within the mainstream has exploded. After years of ridicule, it’s suddenly being taken seriously. This is evidence that can’t be denied, which is why Christopher Mellon, who served 30 years in the federal government and was Deputy Assistant Defense Secretary for Intelligence from 1997 to 2002, has published detailed articles for outlets like The Hill as well as The Washington Post emphasizing the reality and seriousness of this subject. He is one of several to do so. Whether or not the mainstream is trying to control the narrative, or use the topic of UFOs for some ulterior motive remains to be seen. One has to be suspicious when all of a sudden a small handful of people are able to publish serious articles on the topic in mainstream media outlets, leaving a certain key points about this phenomenon, while researchers in the field who have been writing about the topic for decades continue to be shunned.
The best way to maintain control over a secret is to share it in a way that gives some genuine information–which they did, there were some significant revelations here–while omitting some important things and not following up with the details.
The military personnel who are encountering these phenomena tell remarkable stories. In one example, over the course of two weeks in November 2004, the USS Princeton, a guided-missile cruiser operating advanced naval radar, repeatedly detected unidentified aircraft operating in and around the Nimitz carrier battle group, which it was guarding off the coast of San Diego. In some cases, according to incident reports and interviews with military personnel, these vehicles descended from altitudes higher than 60,000 feet at supersonic speeds, only to suddenly stop and hover as low as 50 feet above the ocean. – Christopher Mellon, former assistant Secretary of Defense
The cover you picture you see for this article comes from the New York Times, via a recently declassified program within the Pentagon to study UFOs.
There has been ample testimony and evidence that UFOs are real, that there are “objects in our atmosphere which are technically miles in advance of anything we can deploy.” (Lord Admiral Hill Norton, Former Chairman of the NATO Military Committee) The US Navy has also admitted to videos recently released of these objects being real. You can read more about that here.
Historian Richard Dolan, one of the most prominent thinkers of our time and one of the world’s leading researchers on the topic of UFOs, also questions the way disclosure has been rolling out in the mainstream:
“Why is the mainstream covering this story the way they are? I have been saying for years that the mainstream media, the establishment media, will never cover the UFO subject in a serious way, that is, until they would be absolutely pushed to the wall and then do something…So the question is, what is going on here?…If they’re the voice of the establishment (mainstream media), then why have the establishment elected to put this story out?”
Serious Testimony And Documentation
When it comes to the actual recovery of craft, astronaut Edgar Mitchell claimed to have inside information that “yes, there have been craft, and bodies recovered.” (source, source, source) There have also been some interesting leaks of late that corroborate this. For example, a recently leaked document reveals notes taken by legendary scientist Dr. Eric Davis during a meeting with Admiral Thomas Ray Wilson, who was the Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency, regarding extraterrestrial space craft. You can access that document and find out more about it here:
We have, indeed, been contacted — perhaps even visited — by extraterrestrial beings, and the US government, in collusion with the other national powers of the Earth, is determined to keep this information from the general public.” (Second Look, Volume 1, No 7, Washington, DC, May, 1979)
There are millions of documents available in global archives. This document, straight from the CIA, relays several pieces of information, with the part about these UFOs highlighted in brackets, which suggests special attention was being paid to it. It goes on to show just how important this topic was and how interested the intelligence community was in it. They’ve been studying it for years under the guise of “national security,” a term now used to classify everything, and protect the interests of the global elite as well as justifying them to basically do whatever they please. Here is a passage from it:
“ANTARCTIC FLYING SAUCERS” – A group of red, green, and yellow flying saucers has been seen flying over Deception Island for two hours by Argentine, Chilean and British bases (military) in Antarctica. The flying saucers were also seen flying in formation over the South Orkney islands in quick circles.”
Another document reveals that videos and pictures of these objects have been in the possession of the authorities for a long time:
Scientists of the PRC and the Soviet Far East have begun joint study of UFO’s. The first meeting of ufologists of the two countries has ended in the small maritime townlet of Dalnegorsk. The Soviet and Chinese specialists on anomalous phenomena have mapped out a program for investigating incidents that are already known and have also arranged to directly exchange video and photographic materials on new similar phenomena. Dalnegorsk has not been chosen by chance as the place for such acquaintance. In the last few years the number of cases of visual observation of UFO’s has noticeably increased there. In just the last four years alone no less than 10 UFO’s have been recorded. Specialists link their heightened interest in places here with the variety and wealth of useful minerals in Maritime Kray. Similar incidents have also occurred in mountainous regions in China whose climatic conditions and natural landscape resemble our own.
The Takeaway
The main takeaway here is that we know that UFOs are real, and it’s finally been and is being acknowledged within the mainstream. That being said, the conversation seems to stop there. obviously there is a lot more to this topic. I personally have no doubts that multiple governments and/or rogue government agencies have some of these craft, know their origins in some cases and have or have attempted to reverse-engineer them.
With all that being said, this topic goes far beyond what is discussed in this article. It has huge implications and can really help us expand our consciousness and think differently about what we think we know about the true nature of reality.
