As I mentioned in a previous article, I am well aware that just because somebody, no matter their ‘position,’ says something is true, does not necessarily mean it is so. That also doesn’t mean we dismiss it. If there is evidence (footage and documentation) which goes beyond their testimony it is worth hearing what they have to say, especially if they have held high level positions within the departments that deal with this matter. That is precisely why I think it’s important to hear these testimonies.
Lord Admiral Hill-Norton was the former Chief of the Defence Staff and 5 star Admiral of the Royal Navy. That’s the highest possible rank of the British Royal Navy, similar to General Dwight Eisenhower’s 5 star rank in the United States. He was also Chairman of the NATO Military Committee. These are definitely positions to be ‘in the know’ about what is going on, at least to some extent.
I am not surprised many of these people wait until old age to share their thoughts.
His statements echo the words of X Canadian Defence Minister Paul Heyller, who said that at least 4 known alien species have been visiting Earth for thousands of years.
The debate whether UFOs exist or not has long disappeared. UFOs have been officially verified, the question now seems to be, who is operating them? Sure, some might be classified military aircraft, but it seems that some could very well be extraterrestrial in origin. I believe, just like the world has become aware of UFOs themselves, they will become aware of the those operating them.
Governments believe that if they told the truth, which is that there are objects in our atmosphere, which are technically miles in advance of anything that we can deploy, that we have no means of stopping them from coming here, and that we have no defense against them should they be hostile, that I believe is because governments fear if it did disclose those facts, people would panic.I do not believe that people today, in the 21st century are going to panic that that sort of information – Lord Admiral
There is a serious possibility that we are being visited and have been visited for many years by people from outer space, from other civilizations. That it behooves us, in case some of these people in the future or now should turn hostile, to find out who they are, where they come from, and what they want. This should be the subject of rigorous scientific investigation and not the subject of ‘rubishing’ by tabloid newspapers.

If you would like to see some of the documentation mentioned earlier in the article, here is the latest batch of UFO files released from the UK government in June 2013. Many governments have done the same, admitting to using resources and having departments which study the UFO phenomenon in depth. Files have also been released via the Freedom of Information Act to UFO researchers who are interested. Here is a brief video for those of you new to the fact that this is a well documented phenomenon. Here is an example of a file released from the NSA, confirming stories of military personnel who have had ground and air radar confirmation, as well as visual confirmation.
The fact that the highest ranking people within the British Ministry of Defense have (somewhat) been kept in the dark about UFOs is mind boggling. In 2008, Paul Hellyer (X Canadian Defense Minister) expressed his frustration at the fact that trillions of dollars are going into projects that the highest ranking personnel in the military, as well as the President, know nothing about. His statements were given more validity this year, when Edward Snowden leaked the very first public disclosure of the black budget. The black budget is directly related to the UFO phenomenon, and you can read more about it here.
I’d also like to address rumors of false information coming into the public domain. That all of this UFO disclosure is a tool used by the elite in order to plan a false flag alien invasion. Just like anything else, corporate media will always manipulate the truth and influence public opinion based on a certain agenda. Using the extraterrestrial phenomenon to scare the human population could definitely happen, terrorism propaganda functions in the same way. At the same time, the truth is still there, whatever it may be, and it’s up to us to find it out for ourselves. Use your heart, listen to yourself, wade through the confusion rather than blindly believing what you are told on television. I personally believe that the elite (if they are planning such a thing) would not, and could not be successful.
It’s up to us where we want to take the realization that we are not alone. Personally, I think it’s a big deal. And now, more than ever, we need to address the dire environmental situation of our planet and take care of it. Perhaps that realization is tied to the extraterrestrial phenomenon in some way?
Perhaps we are more powerful than we believe; if we were guided by light from a place of peace and cooperation just imagine what we could create. I believe we can heal this planet and unlock our infinite potential to create, explore, and discover.
“There is abundant evidence that we are being contacted, that civilizations have been monitoring us for a very long time. That their appearance is bizarre from any type of traditional materialistic western point of view. That these visitors use the technologies of consciousness, they use toroids, they use co-rotating magnetic disks for their propulsion systems, that seems to be a common denominator of the UFO phenomenon.” (source) – Dr. Brian O’Leary, Former NASA astronaut and Princeton physics professor

The problem is that most people (like Arjun, the author) use the scientific term “UFO” interchangeably with “alien spacecraft” AND use the scientific term “could” interchangeably with “has” or “likely.”
An Unidentified Flying Object is merely something in the sky we (the public or, at the time, the observers) do not know, cannot identify, or do not understand. It is an admission of limited understanding. This gap in knowledge doesn’t have to be filled immediately (according to scientists) but people (non-scientists) have a natural need to more quickly fill it. That’s where “alien spacecraft” come in. It’s quick. It’s easy. It’s sensational. People just can’t say “I don’t know.” Of course, somebody else (who isn’t talking) might know what the “UFO” is. To avoid the embarrassing situation of saying and advanced aircraft unknown to the public is an alien spacecraft, the scientist would just say “unidentified” whereas many laymen seem to jump immediately to “alien spacecraft” as if they already have ruled out the latest spyplane as a possibility (like they’re experts willing and able to reveal military secrets).
The scientific “could” DOESN’T mean “likely.” It just means the mathematical possibility is not zero (but may very well be one in a quintillion). But LOTS of people would run with the scientific “could” and treat it as if it’s actually “likely.” It’s actually much more likely the UFO is a military aircraft you don’t know about than an alien spacecraft. Would you rather put your hard-earned money on the billion to one long shot (alien spacecraft) or the boring, low return on investment (military spyplane)?
I do not use UFO interchangeably with alien spacecraft. I mention a number of times that many of them are probably not, but I believe there is enough evidence to conclude that many of them are. In many of my articles I address the point you just made clear 🙂
I think we need to know more about the black budget, we need to know what is known by the experts and scientists that are collecting all the data from around the world, the crop circle phenomenon needs to be studied in depth by the many branches of the sc ientific community, And foremost we need to oust the warmongers that are running the show at present and start behaving like human beings that care for one another AND our plannet, instead of the race we have become, I can not call it a civilization as there is nothing civilized, about the way we presentlly behave. Is it any wonder that an alien race coming here would keep there distance from us? We must indeed be a strange sight to look down upon, destroying willfully and with abandon one of the most beautifull planets around , they must be going …”what is with these silly humans, dont they realize how lucky they are?”

Sounds like you’re ready to embrace some kind of alien messiah.
If these are alien beings why assume they’re benevolent? Let us be honest, they’re hardly following a “prime directive”. They dip into and out of human affairs, “visit” seemingly innocent people leaving them confused and fearful and play games with popular opinion, our defences; seemingly congregate around our nuclear and military capabilities and occasionally cause safety near misses.
This isn’t the behaviour of a respectful, enlightened people unwilling to unduly influence culture or individuals; showing care and sympathy for a less developed race. Rather this behaviour is cavalier and manipulative, it indicates a dismissiveness towards human dignity and values. In fact it bears more resemblance to viral marketing and the systematic manipulation of culture than the coming of an alien Christ “with healing in his wings”.
Yet people are so quick to ignore this arrogance and bestow upon them honoured positions as light bearers and guides.
Not ready to embrace an “alien messiah,” I think if we want change, it’s something that we have to do ourselves! I believe some are benevolent, and some a malevolent…:)
