In a significant event for UFO research in Latin America, the Peruvian Air Force has officially launched a department that will focus on studying the UFO phenomenon. It’s called the Office of Anomalous Aerial Phenomena Research (OIFAA), which was previously in operation but shut down for the past five years.(0)(1) The department will seek the expertise of air force personnel, sociologists, scientists, archaeologists and astronomers to analyze as much information and data possible about UFOs.
In my opinion this decision is great news, anytime that a country officially acknowledges the presence of UFOs, as dozens have already done, it brings a necessary level of seriousness and professionalism to the phenomenon. However, the public announcement of this event certainly should not overshadow the fact that UFO research within government and military agencies has been conducted for decades.
The nations of the world are currently working together in the investigation of the UFO phenomenon. There is an international exchange of data. Maybe when this group of nations acquires more precise and definite information it will be possible to release the news to the world – X General Carlos Castro Cavero, Spanish Air Force (2)
This might not be a surprise to many, as dozens of governments have already released thousands upon thousands of files indicating that there were departments within the government that study the UFO phenomenon. These files indicated that UFOs are constantly tracked on radar and jets are scrambled to check them out. For example, you can view the UK’s latest batch of UFO files here, at the national archives. The National Security agency has also released many files indicating the same thing (3). Apart from that, we have an enormous amount of witness testimony from high ranking military, NASA and political personnel (to name a few). Not to mention all of the people around the world who have had their own experiences. Click here to see what former astronaut Brian O’Leary has said about the subject. Decades ago, visitors from other planets warned us about the direction we were heading and offered to help. Instead, some of us interpreted their visits as a threat, and decided to shoot first and ask questions after. – Paul Hellyer, former Canadian Defense Minister (4)
UFOs are now officially acknowledged as real in most parts of the world. In Canada, where I live. the government made an official announcement that they will be stopping their investigation of them, and will be leaving it up to civilians to determine what they see. (6) Most Canadians didn’t even know that they were being investigated in the first place, and I doubt the investigation has stopped. Although UFOs are publicly and officially acknowledged as real by many governments, whether or not they are extraterrestrial is not. At least the question within the mainstream of “are you UFOs real?” has been replaced with, “are UFOs extraterrestrial?”
Unidentified aerial phenomena, otherwise known as UFOs are real, not the stuff of science fiction. Something for which there is no scientific explanation has been observed in the Americ’as (and the world’s) space for over fifty-five years. Trained observers – pilots, air traffic controllers, radar operators, astronauts, military personnel and government agencies have reported and documented spectacular events visually, photographically, and on radar. Many accounts are available in the literature – Leslie Keen (5)
My UFO Sightings
My interest in wanting to study the extraterrestrial phenomenon began when I was 12 years, and my first experience that I am aware of with regards to seeing a UFO was about 8 years ago. I remember it very vividly. I was walking through a parking lot very late at night when all of a sudden, no more than one hundred yards away I see a bright red, round ball of light next to a bright white ball of light. Probably about 2 times bigger than the brightest star you would see in the night sky, maybe a little bigger. I remember the red being a red like I had never seen in my life, and the same goes for the shade of white. They were red and white, but they were so beautiful and stood out so much more than I can describe. This had never happened to me before, and it was and still is something very special to me.
Another one of my most vivid UFO experiences happened in Northern Ontario in 2010, approximately 1000 km North of Thunder Bay. I was outside at night and had just finished a brief meditation on the roof of where I was staying. About five minutes after that I saw what I thought was just an airplane, but there were no blinking lights, and it was flying fairly low. It was a bright white light, and when it was approximately (I’d say) about 500-1000 yards from me it stopped to a standstill. It then began traveling fairly slowly in a straight line towards me without making a sound. At that moment I knew it couldn’t have been an airplane. I stood up, and tried to communicate with it telepathically, and asked if it was extraterrestrial in origin. When I did that, from it’s hovering position it suddenly shot up 90 degrees into space at a very rapid pace. As it was shooting up it went from very bright and slowly dimmed out as it got further away until it dissipated completely from sight. I was in both awe and amazement, and was also very thankful that I was able to witness something so unreal. From it’s hovering position, it couldn’t have been more than 3 seconds to completely dim out to the point where I couldn’t see it. During it’s “blast off,” my heart started to pound, and I felt butterflies in my stomach. I felt extremely “high,” it was a feeling I had never experienced before. I was on top of the world, in a total state of ‘happiness,’ joy, bliss and appreciation. I cannot describe it, but it is a feeling I’ve never felt and I will remember it forever. The best way I can describe it is when out of nowhere, you feel those moments of extreme bliss and joy. It was like that but multiplied by 50, imagine what it would be like to exist within that feeling all of the time? Imagine if we all did? It lasted for about 20-30 minutes and then wore off.
Another vivid experience I had was in Bamburg, Ontario. It was fairly late and I was driving home from a friends place out in the country -about a half hour outside the city of Waterloo, Ontario. It was country road, no street lights and no houses around, mostly farmland. While driving, I saw a very bright orange light hovering. At first I thought it was a plane. But as it was coming closer I couldn’t see it blink. I decided to stop my car and get out for a better look. It was very close, and fairly high, about as high as a small 2 seat plane would fly. All of a sudden as it came over my car it stopped, I was extremely fearful, which was odd because with my other experiences I was in ‘awe.’ The fear was great, I got back into my car, took off (fast) for home and never looked back. It was an erie feeling especially when you consider that planes do not hover.
My most recent experience occurred at the end of September 2013 in Cuba. I was on the the beach stargazing with my fellow friend and co-worker at CE, Mark DeNicola. We were the only ones on the beach when all of a sudden we see a bright white light moving extremely rapid, stopping, then moving a completely different direction, stopping, then moving at a 90 degree angle and continuing on. It was really amazing, and it was nice to have someone else there with me to share the experience with. It wasn’t the first time I’ve had a unique UFO sighting with members of the CE team. It’s happened (from what I can remember) at least four times.
I’ve had a few other experiences beyond this that’ve further propelled me to investigate the UFO phenomenon. Please feel free to share any experiences you may have had through the comment section of the article.

When I lived in Portland, OR, I was walking with friends downtown at night to get dinner, and we saw 4-5 red/white lights high in the air. They were following each other, going horizontally over the night sky. Then they began to go straight up, following each other into the universe, disappearing from sight. There was one that lagged behind, but it too soon disappeared upwards. Two of my friends weren’t too impressed/thought little of it, but myself and another knew it had to be extraterrestrials.
In light of all these encounter you mentioned, I want to express how we shouldn’t romanticize their existence/interactions with humans/our world. They have very concentrated powers in the mental environment (http://newmessage.org/wiki/index.php?title=Mental_Environment), and can easily deceive and manipulate our emotions/actions if we do not guard ourselves appropriately. If you think about it, we (as a world) have not given permission for them to be here, abducting our citizens, taking samples from our plants/animals/etc., and should not be excited about their intervention. We should rather, be cautious and adamant on enforcing our own rules of engagement regarding contact/their presence. Their intentions do not include human freedom and sovereignty, and we should be discerning in our actions with them. To read the Declaration of Human Sovereignty, please visit this website: http://humansovereignty.org/
Our isolation is over, and our future as a free race depends on our actions today.
In my opinion, all life in the universe is equal. I think “good” and “bad” are unnecessary levels, but I understand the need and reason for humans to define things like that. Some might be service to others, some might be service to self. Like the things you mentioned, the ET phenomenon goes into a large variety of aspects, from abductions to friendly contact, technology and more… In the end, I think we have to continue striving to change our planet, and focus on ways we can improve our experience here. A lot of things here on Earth need to change. I think that fact is partially related to the UFO/extraterrestrial phenomenon as well…some how.
Military experiments, that’s all they are!
My experience that took place in 1979 was shared by my wife and a friend. My wife, who thankfully, has always been more observant than I alerted us to something unusual. She first heard a low humming noise that caused her to look upward. She then said to us, “What’s that?”. Well, we all looked up to see a fairly large craft some 100-150 feet wide rectangular shape. It had rounded corners with white lights around the circumference and a central pulsating red light on a dome shape hump. The red light was bright enough to illuminate the hull which appeared metallic gray.
It was moving slowly(10-15mph), with a steady low hum, just above tree-top height in a straight line. We observed it from directly overhead until it went out of sight taking some 2-3 minutes.
Now, after all these years I am still searching for some sort of an explanation. What are these craft? Who operate them and for what purpose? The most puzzlling aspect to me is, why in world do they have lights in configurations that seem to draw attention to them. I fail to see why lights that flash and come in various colors are necessary to either the operation. What purpose is there for these lights? What is about the hum that is widely reported in these type of sightings? I am assuming the hum must be related to the method of propulsion/gravity disruption used to move.
I read once about the UFO curse. It says something along the lines, “You will never know anything more about UFOs as long as you live and will die without the answer that you seek”. Isn’t that terrible?
It is more than obvious the phenomenon is genuine yet ridiculed by most of the population, yet these same people are more than willing to believe in their religions on nothing more than faith. It appears that humans are hard-wired to believe in gods but to disbelieve in UFOs or extraterrestrial visitors. Why is that?
Have you ever read “Allies of Humanity?” It’s a book about the extraterrestrial intervention happening presently, and is a communication from other free races (ETs) in the universe who have observed these alien races here on earth and what their intentions are. There’s a free ebook here: http://alliesofhumanity.org/allies1/
I am a bit familiar with “Allies of Humanity”, but did not know about the free ebook. Thank you for this Jenna.
you’re most welcome 🙂
I agree there should not be labels of good or bad. I did not mean to label them as “bad”, just not as having the same ethics as we do, so some of their intentions look “bad” to us as humans. If we were all cows, we might not want to trust the butchers if we valued our livelihood and freedom. But to the butcher, he’s just trying to make a living/eat to survive. I believe the visitors are similar to us, in that they need resources and are looking for ways to survive, but there are also some extraterrestrials who value our freedoms, so they do not unwillingly take us/coerce us to trust them and do experiments on us.
I want to point out that we should not fear extraterrestrials, nor be hopeful they are here to “save” us. To use our discernment instead of ideals. We have this chance to become a united human civilization and focus on cooperation with each other and taking care of/restoring our planet. I think the extraterrestrial reality will give us the chance to all be in the same boat with each other so we can end our feuds, and stand together as we evolve into a free human race in the Greater Community of Worlds. But that is up to us if we can rise to the challenge to win/maintain our freedom.
Many years ago now, my husband and I had been out to dinner at a favourite pub of ours. It is beautifully situated right on the foreshore of Port Philip Bay near Melbourne, Australia. After dinner and before we headed home we went for a walk on the nearby pier to enjoy the beautiful night sky. Now many of our friends have suggested upon hearing our story that we had obviously drunk way too much wine with our dinner, and yes, while we had enjoyed a glass of wine with our meal we were definitely not drunk and definitely not hallucinating!
While on the end of the pier we noticed a flying object coming around the headland and skimming low over the water. There is a rescue helicopter base nearby and we assumed it was the helicopter doing a night flight and really didn’t take much notice of it while we chatted. That was until it stopped and hovered not far from the pier. Because it was dark, we didn’t really see the craft, but lights were flashing in a circular pattern. Suddenly the craft (which we still thought was the helicopter) started rising vertically, going higher and higher and higher. I remarked to my husband that the helicopter seemed to be going much higher than I thought a helicopter could (not that I know much about these things!). He agreed and it was at that moment it hit what could only be described as ‘warp-speed’ and disappeared into the night sky. We were stunned and agreed that it was definitely NOT a helicopter!
Hello Arjun!
I like your recollections and those of other’s! I’ve had “slightly” different encounters as mine have happened a couple of times also AND are somewhat in relation to what Ingo Swann speaks of.
The first, was when I walked out to my vehicle in front of my house. A girl had parked a few feet from my vehicle and I was immediately “drawn” to her presence. AS she approached, the “feeling/emotion/urge” to greet her was “overwhelming!” It was “as if” I KNEW her more so than I even knew myself. BUT, consciously, I “knew” I didn’t and held back the “incessant drive” within me to speak to her. The moment she passed me, ALL of that disappeared. To this day, I have no idea “Why” I didn’t even say, “Hello!” as I do with everyone I “pass!”
The second time, was even stranger. I was shopping in a “KMart” around Xmas time. Just browsing some items on the shelf. Two little girls were “playing” with some toys on the floor. No “biggie!” I looked at them & just smiled and continued on my way. But they were “looking” at me. NO, they were “following me” and I could “feel” them looking at me. I deliberately walked away from them and they followed. Then, one of them said, “Dad, that man…” I looked at her and she was pointing directly at me. I was “astonished” to say the least BUT, her “Dad” interrupted her and said, “C’mon, let’s go!” He was not even in eyesight of the girls as he was two aisles away walking in the direction of the exit. The two girls, immediately followed “orders” and proceeded to follow behind him as he turned the corner into the aisle we were in and out the door.
In BOTH instances, it was NOT until later on that I realized I was the object of these meetings and not until I read the book by Ingo Swann that I am finally able to reconcile what happened. Both times, these were “telepathic interactions” of which “they” were conducting with myself. I had NO control over either situation, but they did!
I now know, that “our” telepathic abilities are being “subdued” so that those amongst us will NOT have access to technologies capable “destruction” or “polluting” other races/species.
Cool! Thanks for sharing 🙂
I “shared” as it was only upon reading Ingo Swann’s book that you had referenced in another article that I realized the implications of those encounters. You know what they say, “Hindsight is 20/20!”
The first encounter with the young woman was so profound and overwhelming, I can get it out of my mind/being. It was such a STRONG feeling of “knowing” someone from “childhood” as in being “reunited”…I was in such “awe” that it is “indescribable!”
I “liken” that experience to an “awakening” or “move to the next level of consciousness” as a child in the womb does when it takes its first breath of air. Imagine! In the “womb” you are aware of “something” outside of your universe as you can hear sounds, not knowing what they are…right? Just as “we” are aware of a greater consciousness, not knowing exactly what it is! AND, since there is NO “common point of reference”, there is absolutely no way to understand what that “next level of consciousness” is going to be like!
It is completely different than the life we live…now! The ONLY thing we know of, is that we Will retain our “individuality!” (I think) AND that “love” is the only thing we carry over?
I remember seeing an object hovering in the daytime skies when I was very young. It has a bright light and is very obvious though it was day time. It stopped for a few seconds and suddenly disappeared into nowhere. Maybe it was a UFO…
